1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with LuxyRide Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. LuxyRide Service provides executive limousine transportation in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota metro area and surrounding communities. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Payment is collected at time of booking via credit or debit card through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • A 30% deposit option is available. The remaining balance is due on the day of service and will be communicated by your driver.
  • All prices include 20% gratuity and applicable Minnesota sales tax.
  • Prices are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and transfer type.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (passenger not present at pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time without prior contact) are charged the full fare.

4. Flight Tracking

When a flight number is provided, we monitor your flight status for delays at no extra charge. We will adjust your pickup time accordingly. However, LuxyRide Service is not responsible for flight cancellations, missed connections, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Wait Time

  • For airport pickups, we provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands.
  • For all other pickups, we provide up to 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from your scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated per 15-minute increment.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. LuxyRide Service reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated to the point of risk, or causes damage to the vehicle. Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip. All vehicles are non-smoking.

7. Weather & Road Conditions

Minnesota weather can be unpredictable. While we make every effort to fulfill all bookings, LuxyRide Service may need to modify or cancel service in conditions that pose a safety risk (blizzards, icy roads, severe weather warnings). In such cases, a full refund will be issued. We recommend booking with extra lead time during winter months.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuxyRide Service carries commercial liability insurance as required by the State of Minnesota. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed flights, meetings, or events due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
