Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We require at least 2 hours advance notice for all bookings. For special events, weddings, or peak travel dates (holidays, large events), we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead to guarantee availability.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes. All quoted prices include a 20% gratuity for your driver and applicable Minnesota sales tax. There are no surprise charges at the end of your ride.
Do you monitor flight delays?
Yes. If you provide your flight number at booking, we track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup time automatically — no need to call us.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full fare. See our Terms of Service for full details.

What happens in bad winter weather?
Minnesota winters are our specialty. Our drivers are experienced with local road conditions year-round. In the rare event of a severe weather emergency (blizzard warning, road closures), we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule or issue a full refund.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes. We offer a 30% deposit option at checkout. The remaining balance is collected on the day of your ride. Full payment is also accepted at booking.
Do you offer round-trip bookings?
Yes — select "Round Trip" when booking. Both legs are booked together and confirmed with one payment. If your return time changes, just call us and we will adjust.
