  • Process and confirm your booking
  • Send booking confirmation and ride details by email
  • Assign and coordinate your driver
  • Monitor flight information for delays (when a flight number is provided)
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Security

4. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for business accounting and tax purposes in accordance with Minnesota state requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

This website uses minimal, functional cookies only (e.g., session state). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics are currently deployed on this site.
